Calling for Congressional Action: Strengthening and Expanding the National Alzheimer’s Project Act (NAPA)
We implore Congress to enhance and extend our National Alzheimer’s Project Act (NAPA), a cornerstone of our efforts to combat Alzheimer’s disease over the last decade. This invaluable legislation has laid the foundation for our nation’s commitment to confronting Alzheimer’s. Presently, we have two crucial bills on the table: the NAPA Reauthorization Act and the Alzheimer’s Accountability and Investment Act (AAIA).
The National Plan instills hope and provides assurance that our country is unwavering in its dedication to tackling Alzheimer’s disease. We urge you to use your voice to call on your elected representatives to support the extension of NAPA and the passage of AAIA, ensuring that our nation continues to prioritize the fight against Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Tell Congress to ensure that the nation continues to address Alzheimer’s and dementia as a priority. #ENDALZ
